HHAeXchange is seeking an Implementation Enablement Specialist to enhance the onboarding process within our Implementation organization. This hybrid role expects presence at the Bloomington, MN office three days a week.

The candidate will design and deliver enablement programs while collaborating with leadership and various departments. An ideal applicant has 3-5 years of related experience and a strong background in instructional design.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, training, or internal education programs.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation leadership to identify onboarding gaps and challenges.
• Design structured onboarding and ramp programs for new hires.
• Develop implementation certifications and readiness checkpoints.
• Support enablement for consistent execution of the customer onboarding journey.
