Job summary

Bobyard is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the first 45 days of a new customer lifecycle, from signed contract to live, trained adoption. You will turn handoffs into scoped launch plans and configure each account, leading kickoff sessions to ensure crews use Bobyard in the field.

You will drive early workflow adoption, conduct reinforcement sessions, and document goals and risks so a CS can seamlessly pick up the account after handoff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning SaaS customer onboarding for a real portfolio of accounts.
• Hands-on configuration and live training for non-technical or field-based users.
• Track record of meeting launch/time-to-value SLA with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Turn every AE/SE handoff into a scoped, confirmed launch plan within 48 hours of signature.
• Configure each account and run kickoff and hands-on training to get real crews using Bobyard.
• Drive customers to their first completed workflow and adoption milestone within 45 days.
• Run reinforcement sessions and office hours to prevent churn.
• Chase blockers with CS and Product until resolved.
• Document goals, stakeholders, risks, and product feedback for a CS handoff.
• Deliver a formal handoff to the CS that closes exit-criteria.
