Job summary

Kustomer is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead onboarding, configuration, and optimization of the Kustomer platform for customers in the US. You will drive onboarding sessions, work with customer teams, and ensure successful adoption and long-term success.

You will act as a subject matter expert on the platform, including API integrations, automation, and omnichannel capabilities, while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience in SaaS or CX space.
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms such as Kustomer, Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Technical aptitude with automation, chatbots, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and configuration sessions to maximize value.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations within scope and deadlines.
• Act as SME on Kustomer platform including API integrations and omnichannel features.
• Collaborate with customer tech/support teams to integrate with internal systems.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and Q&A onsite and remotely.
• Identify and troubleshoot platform issues with Product/Engineering teams.
• Build relationships and advise customers on leveraging Kustomer capabilities.
• Document best practices and success stories to improve onboarding.
