Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to drive customer onboarding and the initial technical configuration during implementation. You will coordinate kickoff calls, manage integrations, and ensure a smooth go-live within days to weeks.

You’ll work with Customer Success, DMS vendors, and Sales to onboard new customers, configure systems, troubleshoot early issues, and hand off with a thorough setup summary. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or an IT support role, preferably in a SaaS or automotive tech environment.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.
• Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers
• Facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call and own all follow ups to continue the setup process
• Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations
• Troubleshoot any initial scheduling errors
• Update configurations
• Process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive
• Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks
• Launch rooftops to allow for BizzyCar outreach to begin
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with new customers on timelines, deliverables, and next steps throughout the setup process
• Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup, including a detailed configuration summary
