Job summary

BizzyCar in Boston, MA is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to lead customers through initial implementation and integration. You will run kickoff calls, configure gear, connect DMS and scheduling tools, and verify go-live within days to three weeks.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success, DMS vendors, and Sales to ensure accurate onboarding, documented procedures, and a smooth handoff to post-setup support. Strong SaaS onboarding and API skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, SaaS or automotive tech preferred.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM is a plus.
• Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
• Facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call and own all follow ups to continue the setup process.
• Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations.
• Troubleshoot any initial scheduling errors.
• Update configurations.
• Process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive.
• Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks.
• Launch rooftops to allow BizzyCar outreach to begin.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with new customers on timelines and next steps.
• Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup, including a detailed config summary.
