Job summary

Rippling is hiring an Implementation Manager to work with customers, guiding the adoption of Rippling’s HR, payroll, benefits, IT, and other products. You will consult with clients to understand objectives and leverage deep product knowledge with a strong commitment to customer experience to maximize value.

You will collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored plans, manage end-to-end implementations, and drive long-term success for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Proven project management experience, deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills along with a deep commitment to driving an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom plans and implement Rippling products across HR, Payroll, Benefits Admin, IT, and other offerings.
• Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end, align timelines and goals, and ensure milestones meet operational needs.
• Drive adoption of purchased products with bespoke guidance, best practices, and insights to maximize platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support for seamless hand-offs and long-term success.
• Work with Product and Engineering to provide customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements.
• Develop processes with internal teams to integrate feedback and increase operational efficiency.
