Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in a customer-facing organization.
• 5+ years onboarding or software implementation with external customers.
• Strong foundational knowledge of corporate IT landscapes; comfortable coaching on MDM, identity provisioning (SSO, SAML/OIDC), Zero Touch deployment, Endpoint Lifecycle Management.
• Track record of developing and optimizing operational metrics, team capacity, and project timelines.
• Self-starter with bias toward action, energized by ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct a global team of IT Product Specialists and drive adoption.
• Lead front-line IT implementations from kickoff through go-live and ensure milestones are hit.
• Identify and mitigate risks; act as escalation point for complex client implementations and issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, TAM, and Support for a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve product functionality based on customer feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize playbooks and frameworks for efficiency.
