Job summary

Jobtailor in United States (Illinois) seeks a seasoned Corporate FP&A professional to lead GTM financial planning and analysis. You will own budgets, forecasts, and driver-based models for revenue, pipeline, staffing, and marketing spend, while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to drive strategic decisions.

You will develop authoritative metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, NRR) and deliver executive-level reporting, ensuring data quality and consistency across planning systems

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate FP&A or strategic finance, ideally supporting a GTM organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription revenue metrics, sales productivity, and marketing efficiency.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce reporting and a planning system (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive or similar).
• Track record of turning ambiguous questions into defensible, decision-ready answers.
• Ability to collaborate with operations and own reporting definitions.
• Strong communication to translate analysis for senior leaders.
• Curiosity about AI tools and hands-on use for modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.
• Partner on budgets, headcount plans, forecasts, and incentive plan design.
• Align with RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Accounting on data sources.
• Manage forward-looking bookings forecasts and driver-based revenue forecasts.
• Run scenario analyses on hiring pace, pipeline coverage, and CAC.
• Maintain GTM headcount and compensation forecasts and flag risks.
• Contribute to annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
• Own recurring GTM reporting and the monthly executive pack.
• Establish a single source of truth for pipeline, capacity, and productivity.
• Own GTM month-end close and explain variances.
