Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior GTM strategy leader in the United States to own the planning cadence, annual planning, and QBRs. You will translate strategy into execution, define GTM plans, pipeline assumptions, and coverage models to drive software growth including ARR, GRR, and NRR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, GTM planning, business planning, or similar roles in a technology or software environment.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and managing cross-functional business planning processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and subscription business models.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into GTM execution with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM planning cadence, including annual planning and QBRs
• Translate strategy into execution by defining GTM plans, pipeline assumptions, and coverage models
• Drive software growth planning, including ARR, GRR, NRR, and subscription strategies
• Define and track GTM KPIs and provide visibility into performance drivers and execution gaps
• Align Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, global teams, and market teams on targets and execution plans
• Ensure launch readiness and support product and solution launches through enablement and market adoption
• Generate actionable insights from performance, pipeline, and market signals
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions
• Strengthen planning rigor and governance and improve forecast accuracy and consistency
