Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the GTM organization. You will build and maintain models covering revenue, sales and marketing spend, headcount, and strategic bets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 3+ years of strategic finance experience at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives.
• Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM organization.
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, sales and marketing spend, headcount, and strategic bets.
• Analyze ARR, gross margin, consumption trends, retention, and GTM efficiency metrics.
• Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate growth initiatives, shape pricing, and design sales compensation.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses.
• Improve financial reporting, dashboards, and operational rigor.
• Work cross-functionally to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.
• Report into the finance team and partner directly with GTM leadership.
