Job summary

Floowi Inc. is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to design and run paid acquisition campaigns for a rapidly growing SaaS platform serving LATAM and US markets.

You will own Meta Ads strategy, optimize the full funnel, and ensure reliable conversion tracking from first ad view to signup, activation, and paid subscription. This remote-friendly role requires a data-driven mindset, strong experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and a track record of improving acquisition

Qualifications

• Proven experience running customer acquisition campaigns for SaaS businesses.
• Strong understanding of subscription economics and trial-to-paid funnels.
• Experience building and testing creative strategies for paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from scratch, including audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Establish, audit, and maintain reliable conversion tracking across Meta Ads, website, and signup funnel.
• Analyze the full user journey from ad engagement to activation and paid conversion to identify bottlenecks and optimize rates.
• Develop a structured creative testing strategy with data-driven video concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and ad formats.
• Implement landing page optimization and A/B testing to improve signup and subscription conversions.
• Create dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and other SaaS growth metrics; translate insights into action.
• Identify high-performing audiences, campaigns, and creatives to guide growth investments and scaling decisions.
• Leverage performance data to develop a repeatable, data-driven acquisition process for scalable growth.
