Job summary

Intellistack is seeking a Business Analyst to drive analytics for Formstack’s digital self-serve SaaS business focused on SMB customers. You will connect marketing, website, product, billing, and customer data to understand how customers discover Formstack, purchase, adopt, stay, and grow, guiding prioritization and ARR improvements.

This is a hands-on analytics role: define metrics, investigate performance, build trusted reporting, and measure growth and retention programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BI, growth analytics, or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Databricks.
• Experience with digital funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and experiment measurement.

Responsibilities

• Understand acquisition and conversion and develop a scorecard across funnel stages.
• Improve retention and expansion by tracking ARR by cohort and health metrics.
• Turn data into decisions by building dashboards and forecasting; evaluate experiments.
