Prometheus Group is seeking a highly skilled finance professional for a hybrid role spanning technical revenue accounting and FP&A. You will support cross-functional FP&A initiatives focused on business insights, ACV metrics, and customer-level analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue accounting/FP&A within a SaaS environment, strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, and experience mentoring juniors. The role offers opportunities for advancement and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of revenue accounting and/or FP&A in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue analytics (ACV, churn, etc.).
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with financial systems (Sage Intacct, Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A to report SaaS metrics like ACV, churn, GRR, and NRR.
• Support monthly forecast updates, budget vs. actual analyses, and leadership reporting.
• Lead margin analyses, customer cohort performance, and renewal forecasting.
• Build dashboards and models for real-time customer spend and bookings-to-billings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to inform strategic decisions.
