Job summary

N-able in the United States seeks an experienced FP&A professional to own consolidated top-line planning, forecasting, and reporting for a SaaS business. You will connect bookings and renewals to ARR outcomes while partnering with budget holders and Investor Relations.

This role requires 5+ years of FP&A, deep SaaS metrics knowledge, and strong modeling skills in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, Anaplan, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar analytical roles in SaaS/tech
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and ARR drivers
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex numbers for varied audiences
• Proficiency in Excel and building flexible, dynamic models

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a financial analyst.
• Own consolidated top line planning, forecasting, and reporting for N-able; connect bookings/renewals to ARR.
• Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting including QBRs and board materials.
• Partner with Investor Relations for Earnings processes and guidance preparation.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Go-to-Market leadership to push back on assumptions when needed.
• Partner with BI and Pricing teams on ARR opportunities and commercial strategies.
• Develop understanding of unit economics to inform commercial decisions.
