Job summary

Egnyte’s Mountain View team is seeking a Manager, FP&A to partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You’ll own ARR reporting, recurring revenue forecasting, and annual operating plan models, guiding executive decisions with insights from metrics like ARR, bookings and churn.

The role requires 5–8+ years in FP&A for SaaS, advanced modeling and Excel skills, and collaboration across finance and revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of FP&A with SaaS/subscription experience.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, MRR, bookings, churn, retention, CAC.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting; strong Excel skills.
• Experience budgeting/headcount planning; translate data to insights.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and exec leadership.
• Manage SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, churn, retention and sales productivity.
• Own bookings/ARR reporting, forecasting, and annual operating plan models.
• Lead GTM expense and headcount planning with executive level recommendations.
• Improve forecasting methods, reporting accuracy, and dashboards; reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Sales ops, Marketing, CS, HR, Legal and Finance leadership.
• 3 days per week on-site; remote may be considered for PST time zone; no travel.
