You will partner with business leaders, drive budgeting and KPI analytics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn), and mentor analysts in software/SaaS practices while delivering data-driven insights and compelling financial storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in financial management or FP&A.
• Experience supporting strategy transformation toward Software/ SaaS business models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support strategy execution and business model transformation to Software/Services/SaaS.
• Contribute to long-term planning (LTP), budgeting, capital optimization, business case development, and project management activities.
• Leverage SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn) to deliver actionable insights.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through robust financial analysis and performance metrics.
• Mentor analysts and peers in software/SaaS financial practices.
• Lead complex financial analyses and tell the story to influence outcomes.
