Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in business partnering, strategic financial support, and long-term planning. This role will play a critical part in guiding business strategy and supporting the organization’s transformation toward Software, Services, and SaaS-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to support strategy execution and business model transformation to Software/Services/SaaS
• Contribute to long-term planning (LTP), budgeting, capital optimization, business case development, and project management activities
• Leverage KPIs and SaaS-specific metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, etc.) to deliver actionable business insights
• Enable data-driven decision-making through robust financial analysis and performance metrics
• Mentor and guide analysts and peers, particularly in software and SaaS financial practices
• Lead complex financial analyses, demonstrating deep business understanding and effectively “telling the story” to influence outcomes

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial management, FP&A, accounting, or a related field

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and industry dynamics
• Accounting and financial management expertise
• Advanced data, financial, and variance analysis skills
• Financial modeling and long-range financial planning
• KPI development and performance management

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
