Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a Digital Growth Marketer in Austin to drive pipeline and revenue for the ITSM business. You will plan and run multi-channel digital campaigns across paid media, search, and web, optimizing the user experience and reporting on performance to inform GTM decisions.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
Proven multi-channel campaigns generating pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on paid media with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong SEO fundamentals and tools (GSC/SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz).
Experience with GA4 and Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
Experience with marketing automation and Salesforce.
Test-and-learn mindset to optimize UX and lower CPL.
Clear communicator to explain results to leaders.

Responsibilities

Own pipeline and revenue targets for sourced and influenced opportunities.
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across search, social, display, and web.
Manage paid media programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
Own organic growth and on-page SEO for ITSM pages.
Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and CTAs.
Update ITSM site content and product messaging in the CMS.
Track performance in GA4, ad platforms, and Salesforce; provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with GTM teams to align digital programs with ICPs.
