Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional SaaS deployment projects within its Cloud Services Software team. You will own project plans, drive on-time delivery, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires building action plans, mitigating risks, and communicating status with leadership across a highly matrixed organization, with a focus on delivering value to public safety

Qualifications

3+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience navigating agile projects in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-departmental leadership.
Proficient in creating project documentation and using cloud-based tools.
Experience with Public Safety systems is a plus; PMP/PMP-ACP desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional product deployment projects with on-time delivery.
Own and manage project plans, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate as needed.
Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams for project success.
