Job summary

Mcnaughton McKay Group in Suwanee, GA is seeking a full-time Order Management professional to support the Services and Solutions team. You will coordinate order fulfillment and help design processes that deliver best-in-class delivery and customer service across the entire SaaS offering.

You will load ERP data, manage quotations and orders, track deliveries, and communicate proactively with suppliers and customers while maintaining accuracy in large data sets and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• Two or more years of product, sales, technical and/or customer service experience within the electrical distribution industry. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of meeting the degree requirement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fulfillment of orders with the Services and Solutions team.
• Design and implement processes that provide best in class delivery and customer service on the SaaS offering.
• Support development of reports and controls that demonstrate delivery effectiveness.
• Manage ERP data sets (vendors, ship froms, part numbers) and input purchase orders and quotations.
• Own core functions of the order management team and track orders to delivery.
