Sikla USA Inc. in Suwanee, GA, is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales professional to support sales, purchasing and engineering teams. You will handle phone inquiries, process orders, quotations, and assist with customer inquiries while maintaining ERP data.

The role requires strong MS Office and ERP skills, excellent communication, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment at Suwanee and Buford offices. 40 hours weekly, onsite, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication in American English.
• Reliability and commitment in internal and external communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and quotations.
• Keep customers informed about order and delivery status.
• Assist sales/field team with customer/order information.
• Coordinate warehousing and stock information for orders.
• Support customer invoicing and related follow-up.
