Job summary

CareLink is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be a key contact for users, spending much of the day helping customers and ensuring an excellent experience with our platform. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and grow with a company on the rise.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, comfortable with web-based software, and skilled at resolving issues over the phone. In-office four days per week with one day remote, collaborative and people-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proven customer service experience, especially phone-based support.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with web-based software.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and think critically.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally and empathetically
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and guidance on our web-based software
• Assist users with account questions, navigation issues, and basic technical support
• Clearly document customer interactions and resolutions in our system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
• Educate customers on best practices and platform features
• Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
