Job summary

LighthouseAI is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Success Specialist in the United States. This full‑time role focuses on pharmaceutical state licensing knowledge, data accuracy, and software literacy to maximize customer value.

Responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, monitoring usage, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and supporting renewals and upsells while contributing to ongoing product feedback and SOP upkeep.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory licensing or credentialing is a plus.
• Experience with data validation and quality assurance.
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers as the primary contact.
• Proactively monitor customer usage to ensure value realization.

• Coordinate NPS reporting and onboarding milestones.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support renewals with the sales team.
• Create, revise, and maintain SOPs for the department.
