Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS or technical support in healthcare/pharmacy context.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Strong written communication and ticket documentation.
• Experience managing a high-volume ticket queue.
• Comfort with file, data, supplier workflow, or application support issues.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to investigate issues and patterns.
• Willingness to learn pharmaceutical compliance concepts (DSCSA, EPCIS).
• In-office work 5 days per week in Farmington Hills, MI; U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on SaaS/support experience.

Responsibilities

• Own OneScan Pharmacy Pro support tickets from assignment through resolution or escalation.
• Provide clear ticket notes, statuses, next steps, and follow-ups for customers and internal teams.
• Investigate SaaS, application, data, and supplier workflow issues using available tools.
• Escalate complex issues with findings, impact, and recommended actions.
• Contribute to knowledge base and support templates for scalable processes.
• Assist onboarding workflows and communicate required next steps to customers.
