Job summary

Neto is seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to own retention and expansion for a book of ~70 agents in the Scottsdale, Arizona office. This in-person role focuses on growing accounts, upgrading usage, and renewals, with both retention and expansion targets and uncapped upside.

You will lead business reviews, handle tier-1 support, and be the primary client contact, working closely with SMB and professional-services customers. Equity is offered alongside a base and OTE.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer success, account management, or post-sales ownership in SaaS.
• Comfort owning both retention and expansion targets.
• Great relationship instincts with SMB and professional-services customers.
• Enough technical fluency to handle front-line support.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion across a book of about seventy agents under management
• Grow accounts with more agents, upgrades, and committed usage tiers
• Handle tier-1 support and be the client's go-to contact
• Run business reviews and lead renewals
