Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists seeks an In-House Corporate Paralegal to support a fast-growing SaaS tech company with global reach. The role covers contract review, negotiation, CLM implementation, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will handle diverse commercial agreements, ensure compliance, and contribute to corporate matters while advancing efficient legal operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–7+ years paralegal experience with a focus on contract review.
• AI-savvy: comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently (contract review, research, drafting).
• Experience with SaaS contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with customers, partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal, including records and obligations.
• Help manage and improve the company’s legal operations and contracting processes, including templates and workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment.
• Identify potential issues in agreements related to data protection/privacy and IT matters.
• Assist the broader legal team with corporate matters, entity management, and legal research.
