Pattern Inc. seeks a Paralegal to support its legal team in commercial contract work and governance. You’ll triage requests, draft and review agreements, and maintain corporate records while leveraging technology and AI to streamline processes.

This full-time, remote-from-Lehi role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact legal solutions. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong communication skills.

• Minimum two years’ relevant experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Triaging legal requests from across the business.
• Creating legal agreements from templates.
• Reviewing redlines of draft contracts.
• Organizing and maintaining corporate legal records, including using technology and AI.
• Identifying and implementing methods for improving and streamlining existing processes.
• Assisting in corporate governance.
• Assisting in reviewing or providing legal documents as part of legal due diligence or litigation.
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of corporate policies, procedures and programs.
