Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to accelerate SaaS conversions for the Kinetic ERP suite. You will collaborate with CAMs, customers, and consulting teams to assess scope, readiness, and migration risks, while forming Statements of Work and cloud-compatibility validation.

You will engage in presales activities, deliver customer demonstrations, and help drive adoption across Manufacturing. Travel may be required, with remote collaboration supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically Kinetic.
• ERP Administrator or power user for Kinetic environment.
• Experience with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud offerings.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs, Dashboards and other Kinetic toolsets for integration and reporting.
• Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration.
• Partnering with CAMs to discuss and review potential SaaS conversion opportunities, including scope, approach, and next steps
• Working with Customers to provision them to run the Analyzer and reviewing the results with them to identify potential risk areas.
• Collaborating with CAMs and Consulting teams to support development of Statements of Work
• Lead the process to collect CSG work, TSG work and validate their cloud compatibility
• Providing a clear handoff of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects
• Communicating the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and other engagements
• Reviewing applicable tools and alternative approaches to support SaaS readiness
• Working with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk areas
• Supporting efforts to increase SaaS conversion adoption in collaboration with Manufacturing leadership and the Center of Excellence
• Some travel is required
