Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to support SaaS conversions for Kinetic in the United States. You will work with Manufacturing SaaS Conversion teams, CAMs, and the Cloud Center of Excellence to assess readiness, opportunities, and risk for migrations.

You will provision customers to run the Analyzer, review results with them, and help craft Statements of Work. Frequent collaboration with internal SaaS stakeholders and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Presales ERP experience within ERP (Kinetic) context.
• Experience with Kinetic Cloud or other Cloud offerings.
• Strong Azure expertise and cloud familiarity.
• Experience with Kinetic customization, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and integration tools.
• Experience supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Proven ability to present/demonstrate to customers.
• Manufacturing domain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration with CAMs and customers.
• Discuss SaaS conversion opportunities including scope and next steps with CAMs.
• Provision customers to run Analyzer and review results for risk.
• Collaborate with teams to support development of Statements of Work.
• Lead collection and validation of CSG/TSG work for cloud compatibility.
• Handoff relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects.
• Communicate SaaS conversion process during customer calls and engagements.
• Review tools or approaches to support SaaS readiness.
• Identify and mitigate SaaS risk with internal stakeholders.
• Support SaaS adoption in collaboration with Manufacturing leadership and Center of Excellence.
• Travel as needed.
