Job summary

Epicor Software is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer for SaaS conversions within the Manufacturing space. This role partners with CAMs, BDRs, and Consulting Services to assess SaaS migration readiness and discuss conversion opportunities.

You will help provision customers to run the Analyzer, review results, and support the creation of Statements of Work. The role requires ERP presales experience, Kinetic knowledge, and Azure expertise, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of presales experience in ERP, preferably Kinetic
• Experience in Manufacturing environments
• Successful in customer presentations/demonstrations

Responsibilities

• Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration.
• Review SaaS conversion opportunities with CAMs, including scope and next steps.
• Provision customers to run the Analyzer and review results for risk areas.
• Collaborate to develop Statements of Work with Consulting.
• Collect CSG/TSG work and validate cloud compatibility for SaaS projects.
• Handoff information to Consulting for SaaS projects.
• Explain SaaS conversion process during customer engagements.
