Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer for SaaS conversions in the manufacturing vertical. The role focuses on presales for Epicor Kinetic SaaS migrations and closely partners with CAMs, BDRs, Consulting, and the Cloud Center of Excellence.

You will guide customers through scope and readiness, review conversion opportunities, and help develop statements of work while collaborating with internal teams to ensure cloud compatibility and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year presales within ERP or equivalent Kinetic experience.
• ERP administrator or power user for Kinetic environment.
• Experience with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud offerings.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kinetic customization, BPMs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Background of success in supporting direct and channel sales.
• Customer presentations/demonstrations experience.
• 1+ years in Manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration.
• Discuss SaaS conversion opportunities, scope, approach, and next steps.
• Provision customers to run the Analyzer and review results for risk areas.
• Collaborate to develop Statements of Work.
• Lead collection of CS group and TS group work and assess cloud compatibility.
• Provide clear handoff to Consulting for SaaS projects.
• Communicate SaaS conversion process during customer engagements.
• Review tools and approaches to support SaaS readiness.
• Identify and mitigate SaaS risk with internal stakeholders.
• Support adoption in collaboration with leadership and Center of Excellence.
