Job summary

Epicor Software Corp is seeking a Solution Engineer for Manufacturing to support a high-visibility SaaS conversion initiative focused on the Epicor Kinetic platform. The role partners with CAMs, BDRs, and Consulting to scope SaaS opportunities and align on next steps, while ensuring customers can run the Analyzer and interpret results for risk areas.

You will work closely with Manufacturing SaaS Conversion teams, with travel as needed, to develop Statements of Work and validate cloud readiness

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year presales experience within ERP industry or equivalent experience, specifically Kinetic.
ERP Administrator or power user for Kinetic environment.
Experience with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud offerings.
Expertise with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs and dashboards for integration/reporting.
Background in supporting both direct and channel sales.
Demonstrated ability to present/demonstrate to customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration.
Partner with CAMs to discuss SaaS conversion opportunities, scope, approach, next steps.
Provision customers to run the Analyzer and review results for risk areas.
Collaborate with CAMs and Consulting to develop Statements of Work.
Lead the process to collect CSG/TSG work and validate cloud compatibility.
Provide a clear handoff of information to Consulting for SaaS projects.
Communicate the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and engagements.
Review tools and approaches to support SaaS readiness.
Work with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk areas.
Support efforts to increase SaaS adoption with Manufacturing leadership and CoE.
Some travel is required.
