Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Progressive accounting experience with Controller-level scope.
• SaaS or software industry experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Background in PE- or investor-backed environments and sponsor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with a focus on efficiency and automation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Manage accounting across a multi-entity structure and consolidations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance including ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS models.
• Drive automation and AI-forward tools to modernize the function.
• Oversee audit processes and relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
