Job summary

You will build a strong control environment, partner with leadership, and scale the accounting team while driving system improvements and automation. The position reports to the CFO and CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep technical accounting expertise with GAAP experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams and driving process improvements.
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting operations and monthly close.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Oversee SaaS revenue accounting and billing operations.
• Deliver financial packages and variance analysis for leadership.
• Develop and grow the accounting team; mentor staff.
• Drive system optimization and automation across finance processes.
