Onit is seeking a Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into scalable enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with the implementation manager to document functional designs and support the implementation cycle from requirements through UAT and change requests.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS, a business/IT degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication for customer-facing interactions with clients essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with implementation manager to create requirement documents for functional design of enterprise solutions.
• Assist in implementation, including requirement gathering, UAT testing, and change requests.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions aligned with Onit's platform.
