Job summary

Vanguard Charitable Endowment Program in Malvern, PA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements, partner with stakeholders, and optimize our SaaS platforms. The role supports backlog management, UAT coordination, and production support analysis across business systems.

You will build expertise in vendor platforms, automate workflows, and collaborate with Technology and Vendor teams to deliver practical solutions within governance standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business analysis practices—including requirements elicitation, facilitation, and current-state/future-state process design—and skill in translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to evaluate solution options, vendor capabilities, and system configurations; investigate production support issues and recommend resolutions with Technology and vendor teams.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and prioritization support, with UAT coordination and test case development.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or query development, enabling reporting for system performance monitoring and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, UAT activities, and sign-off prior to implementation.
• Manage the business backlog and investigate production support issues with Technology and vendors.
