Job summary

State Street seeks a Technical Business Analyst to drive roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within CRIMS. With 4+ years in technical product management for SaaS platforms, you will gather requirements for core services, lead technical deep dives, and collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to ensure scalable, secure platformworkflows.

You will engage stakeholders daily, optimize developer experience, and contribute to growth strategies across the product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management, platform engineering, or infra strategy in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Kubernetes), event-driven systems, and auth frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering scalable, secure platform capabilities.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure server framework capabilities meet performance, scalability and compliance.
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Engage with engineering and QA daily to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Promote a smooth developer experience, ensuring platform services are intuitive and well- designed.
• Become subject matter expert in coverage area and provide roadmap feedback for growth.
• Support sales, professional services, and support activities to enhance client experience and growth.
