Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model core deal structures and financial analyses.
• Support live deal execution from pre-launch to close.
• Coordinate internal and external workstreams with clients and AGC.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, and CFOs.
• Assist in evaluating LOIs and term sheets and in marketing materials.
