Job summary

Mass Digital Health seeks a Software Project Manager to lead IT/software initiatives in an agile, multi-team environment. You will collaborate with the development team to plan, track, and deliver projects while ensuring alignment with healthcare domain requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project management experience in software development, strong cross-team communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management required.
• 3-5 years of Program Analyst or project management experience managing Software Development Projects.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Strong organizational, cross-team communication, and time management skills.
• MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint experience; TFS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Program Manager to assist in facilitation of project planning, prioritization, execution, delivery, and collaboration to bring projects to closure.
• Facilitate and capture meeting minutes.
• Works collaboratively within the technology team and cross-functional teams to track and follow up notes and various action items to resolution.
• Report and escape to management as needed.
• Run the agile scrum meetings daily as a scrum master in an efficient way keeping track of all impediments and ensuring they are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
