Job summary

Upperline Health is a growing specialty care provider seeking a Project Manager, Application and Delivery to own the full arc of technology delivery—from requirements shaping with stakeholders to shipping working software into production. You’ll partner with product, engineering, clinical stakeholders, and data teams to impact business and patient outcomes.

Expect to lead 1-2 Agile teams, manage backlog, run ceremonies, unblock issues, and report progress to leadership in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of combined experience as BA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Delivery Manager.
• Healthcare experience with EMRs or value-based care preferred.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into technical deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and own a backlog.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Autonomy and ability to switch contexts across a day.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritization and scope for the product backlog.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Write user stories and technical specifications for engineering.
• Drive gap analyses and implement scalable process improvements.
• Own UAT planning and go/no-go readiness before deployment.
• Lead 1-2 Agile teams, run ceremonies, track progress and delivery.
• Prepare and present project status and delivery metrics to leadership.
