Paycom is seeking a high-energy Account Executive in Tampa to own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing. You will engage C-suite decision-makers, demonstrate our HR software, and relentlessly build and manage a pipeline in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Top performers have uncapped earning potential, with base + commission; training is provided and travel is required to cover territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or professional selling preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Experience in B2B sales with multiple touchpoints across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deal.
• Engage C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom’s HR software solutions.
• Build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting and follow-through.
• Develop expertise in enterprise software sales with strong training support.
