Job summary

Greystar is seeking an S2C Operations Advocate to support an assigned portfolio within Upstream Source-to-Contract. You will handle supplier records, ensure compliance, and coordinate third-party credentialing for our multifamily portfolio.

This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States (except Alaska) and offers robust benefits and a strong team environment. This position emphasizes training, help desk support, cross-functional collaboration with accounting and property

Qualifications

• Fluency in French required; proficiency in Canadian French preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred; applicable experience will also be considered.
• Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations; college degree a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in the multi-family real estate industry preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned portfolio with supplier compliance and credentialing; onboard, register, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain supplier records and attributes across accounting systems; escalate validation issues.
• Provide Help Desk support and coordinate with accounting and operations; participate in process improvement.
