Job summary

Powerus seeks a hands-on deputy-level Supply Chain Planner to translate demand, commitments and capacity into a single executable plan. You will own daily planning and drive actions in a high-volume hardware environment, with accountability for schedule adherence and material readiness.

You will lead S&OP cycles, coordinate with procurement, manufacturing and engineering, and push for rapid recovery actions when bottlenecks appear.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience planning high-volume production with frequent schedule changes and daily accountability for material availability.
• 8+ years in production planning, materials or supply chain within complex manufacturing.
• Ownership of S&OP, master scheduling and MRP in a growing business, improving delivery and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, BOMs, lead times, inventory policies and engineering change control.
• Advanced Excel and ERP capability; able to build dashboards and explain data limitations.
• Experience in electronics, electromechanical products, automotive, or hardware manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own a daily planning rhythm converting demand changes into decisions, with a forward-looking plan.
• Run a monthly S&OP cycle with defined owners and closed action log.
• Maintain rolling demand view distinguishing booked orders and opportunities.
• Translate demand into master production schedule and time-phased material requirements.
• Review MRP exceptions, shortages and capacity with buyers and production.
• Maintain planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and BOM revision effectivity in ERP.
• Model scenarios and present tradeoffs to leadership for decisions.
• Coordinate readiness for new products and engineering changes, manage inventory exposure.
• Publish a reliable planning dashboard with cadence and metrics aligned with finance.
