Job summary

The Wright Center for Community Health and Graduate Medical Education is seeking a Ryan White Compliance Coordinator to monitor and audit the RW Part B program and related case management activities. This role ensures contracts and program standards are met through regular chart audits, policy reviews, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Compliance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RW Part B Case Management chart audits monthly for compliance.
• Assist with creation and annual review of SOPs for RW Part B program.
• Review and approve/deny payment requests within five days.
• Track approved/denied payments and document in Medent chart.
• Coordinate with RW staff to resolve non-compliance issues.
• Track fixed asset inventory monthly and share with United Way.
• Ensure insurance plan copies are obtained for payment assistance cases.
• Prepare monthly cost-benefit analyses for United Way accuracy.
• Verify Uber payments have memos and are allowable.
• Submit a monthly report to the RW Grants Administrator.
• Maintain annual workplan for RW program compliance.
• Enter case data in CareWare and Medent weekly; compile monthly services rendered list.
• Review United Way recertification spreadsheets monthly.
• Serve as liaison with United Way for grant compliance.
• Observe hygiene checklist when client goods are distributed.
