Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Support Technician to handle the entry of medication orders with accuracy and efficiency. The role supports billing and shipping selections and serves as a frontline resource for member inquiries.

Responsibilities include assisting with training, maintaining production standards, and completing regulatory training. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions
• Responsible for accurate selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
• Customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff as needed
• Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
• Work with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/orders
• Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
• May assist in orienting and training new employees
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
