Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an entry level Help Desk support role. You will work under direct supervision, following standard procedures and training to assist staff with daily tasks and support as needed for peers and leaders.

You will gain proficiency in Help Desk systems, handle incoming and outbound calls, and contribute to onboarding activities for new clients and upgrades. This role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and reliable office support.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; training provided and supervision available.
• Basic understanding of customer service concepts preferred.
• Willingness to learn and assist staff and leaders in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help Desk phone coverage for incoming calls, outbound calls and directing calls to staff.
• Understand and gain efficiency in systems used by the Help Desk.
• Provide Help Desk resolution of customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide Help Desk resolution of Pharmacy Network problems to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients including group enrollments and changes.
• Assist with on-site resolution of customer service issues as needed.
• Participate in training and development efforts of the helpdesk.
• Perform office duties as needed (copying, mailing, filing).
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
