We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact. As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.[1]

THE TEAM

As part of the Housekeeping team within the Rooms Division, you will support the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Managers in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service standards throughout the hotel. Working closely with Room Attendants and colleagues across departments, you will help create a welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience.

YOUR ROLE

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping operations consistently meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will lead, coach, and support Room Attendants, coordinate daily assignments, respond to guest requests, and help maintain a seamless operation that contributes to an outstanding luxury hospitality experience.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Assign Room Attendants to vacant rooms and supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Train, coach, and support housekeeping associates to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Monitor and coordinate the operation of housekeeping areas, including guest floors, linen rooms, uniform rooms, public areas, offices, and storerooms.
  • Manage the inventory, distribution, and control of linens, amenities, cleaning products, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a service-focused approach.
  • Maintain responsibility for lost and found procedures while ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
  • You have supervisory experience within a housekeeping environment, preferably in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel setting.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues and build strong working relationships across teams.
  • You demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and effective when resolving challenges.
  • You are committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, personal presentation, and guest service.
  • You are able to speak, read, and write English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
OUR BENEFITS

As part of our team, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard - and valued. We're a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We're not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them - and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
