GSK is seeking a Director, Real World Data Strategy and External Partnerships Lead to shape the external data strategy for its RWD portfolio, partnering with clinical, medical and RWE leaders to drive evidence generation and AI-enabled data products. The role focuses on cross‑functional leadership, data quality, and regulatory compliance to accelerate pipeline progress.

The position will start at the Stevenage site in the UK and will relocate the offices to Cambridge, UK, with timelines set by

Competenze

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in life sciences or quantitative field (Epidemiology, Biostatistics, HEOR, data science)
• Leadership skills in influencing and mobilising stakeholders to a common goal
• Experience with RWD sources and partners across geographies
• Knowledge of data strategies in RWD concepts (FHIR, CDMs, LLMs)
