GSK plc is seeking a Director of Real World Data Strategy and External Partnerships to drive strategic data collaborations that inform R&D and portfolio growth. You will partner with clinical, medical and RWE leaders to define data assets, ensure high-quality data and rapid value delivery while aligning with regulatory and governance requirements.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences or quantitative field.
Track record in data strategy for drug development.
Leadership across cross-functional teams.
Experience with RWD sources across geographies.
Knowledge of regulatory and payer guidance for Real World Evidence.
Strong portfolio management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

Define and deliver Real World Data partnerships with strategic purpose.
Build external partnerships with data holders, academic institutions and health tech firms.
Ensure data readiness for research and modelling, with data governance.
Provide governance and transparency for RWD assets aligned to pipeline strategy.
