Job summary

GSK seeks a strategic leader to coordinate our Real World Data (RWD) platform partnerships, delivering insights and evidence to accelerate R&D and portfolio growth. You will own RWD investment, collaborate with Translational Sciences, Medical Affairs and data offices, and ensure governance and data quality across regions.

The role requires advanced degrees, extensive experience with RWD, and strong leadership to align multiple stakeholders toward common goals.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences or quantitative field (MSc or PhD).
Demonstrated data strategy ownership and execution in drug development across large, cross-functional organisations.
Strong leadership to influence and mobilise stakeholders toward common goals.
Experience with RWD sources across geographies and critical assessment of opportunities for research.
Exceptional portfolio/project management and organisational skills in complex environments.
Excellent communication of vision and purpose; understanding regulatory guidance for using real-world data.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic execution and coordination of internal and external RWD platform partnerships.
Ensure partnerships scale to drive RWE ambitions and support data access and analysis.
Collaborate with regional leaders to position GSK as a leading observer in large studies and data-driven innovation.
Act as strategic lead for internal RWD domain across data offices; guide data strategy plans.
Partner with DevOps and data governance to align RWD use with clinical operations and governance.
